Montgomery College, Rockville Campus, has an immediate need for a Full Time, Head Women’s Soccer Coach in the Athletic Department. The work schedule is will vary depending on the fall soccer season, and off season. This is a non-bargaining, exempt, grade 21 position. For non-exempt positions, you are not eligible to work a secondary job at Montgomery College. This is a temporary position with benefits funded through June 30, 2023. Employment continuation beyond this period is contingent upon need and funding.
Salary Range: $44,656 – $58,032 annually. Initial salary placement is based on candidate experience and internal equity.
The head coach for Women’s soccer reports directly to the director of athletics and will manage the development of student athletes both inside the classroom and on the field by providing leadership, mentorship and instruction. Montgomery College is a member of the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) Division I and the Maryland Junior College Athletic Conference (JUCO).
The head soccer coach will administer and direct all aspects of the women’s soccer program. This position is responsible for adhering to all applicable NJCAA, conference, department and College regulations that relate to recruiting, daily program management and general success of the program.
