The Research Program on Gambling in the Department of Epidemiology & Public Health, in collaboration with the Clinical and Translational Research Informatics Center at the University of Maryland School of Medicine invite applications for an Post Doc Fellow specializing in biostatistics, epidemiology, psychology or public health.
The successful candidate will demonstrate success by engaging multidisciplinary strategies to address high-impact research questions through the application of statistics and data science. The Candidate will engage in collaborative research that draws upon the expertise of researchers focused on a portfolio of projects that include gambling studies. The Candidate will collaborate by submitting and contributing to grant applications, designing studies, analyzing data, and publishing scholarly articles. We are interested in candidates who have a demonstrated commitment to excellence in teaching/mentoring, research and service, which contribute to an equitable, inclusive and diverse scholarly environment. Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
The successful candidate will be expected to contribute to ongoing research projects.
