St. Bernards Healthcare is seeking an accomplished philanthropy leader to steer development efforts in support of our mission of providing Christ-like healing to the communities we serve. This vital role requires a visionary leader who has strong skills in strategy development and implementation, cultivating relationships, and innovative thinking.
This position is primarily responsible for the effective management and oversight of the Foundation office, staff and volunteer management, annual budget, and the solicitation of funds and recognition of gifts. The President also serves as a liaison throughout St. Bernards Healthcare as well as a good ambassador to the communities in our region.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in either healthcare, business administration or a related field. A minimum of five years’ experience is required. Previous work with boards, committees and volunteers is preferred.
